While IBM’s cloud division had a fairly well established sub-brand system, as they developed specialized versions of the product tailored to certain industries, the need for more bespoke graphic elements became apparent. The largest demand was for their fast-growing suite of tools developed for financial services.
While at VSA, I led the creation of a collection of custom illustrations and iconography that conveyed the features and benefits of this offering, as well as an animated explainer video leveraging those assets. We also produced and directed a documentary-style short film featuring a round table discussion of IBM executives and technologists promoting the product.
