For more than two decades, VSA Partners designed IBM’s annual reports. From 2017 to 2021, I co-led and then led the creation of those reports, including an ESG report in 2021. This work was particularly focused on the print versions, working in conjunction with VSA’s digital team to translate the design for the web. Those 2021 reports became templates for the reports of subsequent years, especially for the annual report which was reduced to nothing more than the Chairman's letter.
